JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 01-06-2015 Both these applications arise out of Sasaram ( Muffasil) P.S.Case No. 1303 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 458,384,386,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and as such, they have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.

It is submitted that petitioners have not been named in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14682 of 2015 (2) dt.01-06-2015 2/2 the first information report but their name has appeared during investigation in the statements of the witnesses .There is allegation of demanding ransom against the petitioners, but no money has been given by the informant to anyone.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sasaram ( Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 1303 of 2014 with the following conditions :

1.

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioners.

2.

The petitioners will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3.

The petitioners will be well represented in the court.

4.

In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, their bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
