In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No.167 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that while the informant and other family members were cleaning the land, the accused persons came there armed with deadly weapons and started assaulting them. As per the allegation the accused persons badly assaulted the brother of the informant, resulting he was declared dead at Sadar Hospital, Siwan.

Learned counsel for the State has produced the orders

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18288 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 2/2 of this Court passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.58243 of 2015 and Criminal Miscellaneous No.47375 of 2015, by which the bail applications of co-accused persons has been rejected by this Court. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The Trial Court is directed to complete the trial as early as possible.
