JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2022 The present petition has been filed for directing the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara to restore the services of the Bodyguard provided to the petitioner earlier on account of threat perception.

At the outset, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara, within a
