The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 100 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case only on suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is not named in the first information report. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against him and he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4067 of 2020(4) dt.14-07-2020 2/2 arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing personal bail bonds to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S.
