The petitioner seeks bail in Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 436 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Md. Nehal who was arrested on the spot. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri V.K. Trivedi, FTC IV, Patna, in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 436 of 2014.
