JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 27.03.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 20 of Norcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985. The prosecution case, in short, is that the shop of the petitioner was raided by the informant along with other police officers and the Magistrate fromwhere 200 gms of illegal Ganja in small packets were recovered.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a small quantity of Ganja has been recovered from the shop of the petitioner and he was not found selling the same. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17728 of 2016 (2) dt.25-04-2016 Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No.51 of 2016.
