2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kajraili P.S Case No. 92 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S Act.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioner and his family member have assaulted the informant side by means of iron rod.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6981 of 2025(3) dt.19-04-2025 2/2 stated in para 3 of the bail petition. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 17.09.2024.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order dated 06.01.2025, case diary along with post mortem report, it appears that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner whereas, specific allegation against the other co-accused persons to assault the informant by means of iron rod. Petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since 14.09.2024.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M 1st , Bhagalpur in connection with Kajraili P.S Case No. 92 of 2024.
