2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 92 of 2020 registered on 29.03.2020 lodged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 24, 447, 448, 302, 307, 504 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against 17 named accused persons excluding the petitioner to whom allegation is of assaulting the informant and his family and in this dispute brother of the informant died.

4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2023 having no criminal case pending against him, in which he is on bail. Counsel submits that there is

5. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that some accused persons have been granted bail by Co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 05.09.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 55768/2023, order dated 21.12.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 28997, order dated 20.03.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 73467 of 2023.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IV in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 92 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
