====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seeks bail in Palasi P.S. Case No. 137 of 2015, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304B and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are cousin-father-in-law of the deceased. They have no concern with the family members of the deceased and her husband. It is alleged in the written report that general and omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
