The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341, 324, 307, 384 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in short, is that the accused persons armed with iron rod and farsa intercepted the informant and took away Rs.6000/- from his pocket. It is alleged that the informant was assaulted by Farsa and the petitioner snatched a golden chairn from the neck of the informant and other accused snatched his cell phone.

On behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26411 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 has been made accused due to village politics. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. From perusal of Annexure-2, it would appear that the injuries are simple in nature.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the first information report.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 329 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
