The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case CA No. 2817 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that his client is ready to pay rupees two lakhs to the opposite party No. 2 within eight weeks, he is granted anticipatory bail.

The petitioner will move before the court below for bail with a receipt showing payment and upon verification of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8476 of 2020(4) dt.25-11-2021 2/2 payment of two lakhs, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Complaint Case No. CA 2817/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
