The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 465, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Asha Devi had taken benefit of Indira Awas Yojna but again she took the same benefit. The petitioner is identifier on the affidavits sworn by Asha Devi but Asha Devi has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33272/2013.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Naya Ram Nagar P.S.
