2. This is an application for quashing of the order dated 30.05.2017 passed by the learned ACJM-V-cum-S. J.XIII, Rohtas at Sasaram passed in Complaint Case No. 901 of 2016 by which cognizance has been taken under Section 498A of the IPC against the petitioner.

3. The impugned order is of the year 2017 which has been challenged in the year 2019 after an inordinate delay.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed on the ground of delay and laches.
