The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria Chitragupta Nagar P.S. Case No. 680 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25 (1-b) a, 26 (1) and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in the business of selling arms and has criminal antecedent also.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
