JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 125 ATM cards were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he was caught by the police during the course of checking of the vehicle, and, after that, petitioner confessed his guilt regarding his involvement in the present case also and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is in jail custody since 17.01.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
