JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.
On the information that the miscreants are preparing to commit dacoity, raid was laid when from the possession of the petitioner one country made loaded pistol and two live cartridges were recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. A statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition. Moreover the investigation has already concluded. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
