Petitioner in the present case is seeking a direction to the respondents to protect her life and the life of her two children A perusal of the writ application would show that the petitioner has developed matrimonial discord with her husband

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.898 of 2017(2) dt.10-11-2022 2/2 and in the said connection they had also been fighting over the custody of the two children.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State wherein it is stated that the petitioner was married with one Binod Gupta ten years back and out of the said wedlock they had two sons and this writ application has been filed in fact to get custody of the children.

The Station House Officer, Dalmianagar has reported that both the sons of the petitioner are residing with their father and they are studying at Giridih. The husband of the petitioner is employed as Supervisor in a private company at Giridih (Jharkhand).

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, to this Court it appears that this writ application is only misconceived. The reliefs prayed in this application are not fit to be granted in the nature of the disputes between the parties. This application is, thus, dismissed.
