2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to cancel the selection letter issued on 13.11.2017 for respondent No.6.

3. Counsel submits that the petitioner has filed representation before the concerned DPO as well as District Magistrate, but no action has been taken. He submits that the present matter is relating to appointment of Anganwari Sevika/Sahaika by virtue of fake certificate and documents. He further submits that the officials are in connivance with the private respondent and it is due to this reason, no action has

4. Counsel for the State submits that the matter is relating to Anganwari Sevika in the Ward No.4 of Darauli Panchayat, District-Siwan. He submits that challenging the appointment of Anganwari Sevika, a relevant rule has been framed which is known as Guidelines for appointment of Anganwari Sevika/Sahaika for the relevant years in which a direction has been given to the DPO to entertain the application filed by the petitioner.

In this background, the petitioner is directed to produce the order passed today before the DPO and he has liberty to file any additional application in the from of case before the DPO, Siwan within 30 days and the DPO shall take decision upon hearing the private respondent No.6 within 90 days from the date of appearance of private respondent No.6.

6. The DPO, Siwan is also directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on all the points raised by the petitioner including the forge and fabricated documents.

7. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application is hereby disposed off.
