Patna High Court CWJC No.7911 of 2017(3) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 respondent-bank that the loan account of the petitioner has been closed and nothing remains for adjudication in the writ petition.

4. Since, there is no representation for the petitioner therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for default.
