The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that on 10.08.2014 at 6 P.M. he went to hotel for breakfast and parked his motorcycle in front of hotel. When he returned, he did not find his motorcycle there and his Micromax mobile which was kept in the bag with the motorcycle. Some unknown person has stolen the motorcycle. On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 16.1.2015. It is further submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case. Further it is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25962 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 case due to mistake of fact.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in course of investigation. Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati, District- Gaya, in Amas P.S.Case No. 102/2014.
