Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2018. Allegation is that he was carrying Nepali liquor in a bag on his head. Investigation of the case is complete now.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Forbesganj Police Station Case No. 780 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
