The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are brother-in-law, sister-in-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5147 of 2022(2) dt.15-06-2022 2/2 law, father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners live separately from the husband of the deceased. They have been implicated in this case only because they happen to be in relation with the husband of the deceased.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 132 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
