It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioenrs that the application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was filed on behalf of three petitioners namely, (1) Ravindra Kumar @ Sadhu @ Ravindra Ram, son of Langat Ram @ Dwarika Ram, (2) Narendra Ram, son of Badri Ram, both resident of village-Balganga, P.S.-Turkaulia, DistrictEast Champaran (Motihari) and (3) Pappu Ram, son of Hari Kishun Ram, Resident of Village-Siswa Ajgari, P.S.-Banjaria, District-East Champaran and was allowed vide order dated 31.01.2019, but, in the cause title, the name of petitioner no. 3

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4217 of 2019(3) dt.15-02-2019 2/2 Pappu Ram has not been typed.

Learned counsel appearing for the State does not dispute the aforesaid contention.

Apparently, due to secretarial inadvertence, in the cause title of the order dated 31.01.2019, the name and other details of petitioner no. 3 Pappu Ram, as noted above, who was also granted pre-arrest bail along with others has been left to be typed.

Accordingly, the order dated 31.01.2019 whereby the petitioners have been granted pre-arrest bail shall be deemed to have also been passed in favour of petitioner no. 3 Pappu Ram. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
