JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although, petitioners are named in the first information report but omnibus allegation of assault has been levelled against the petitioners and several other accused persons. Admittedly, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on account of land dispute.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26305 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-V, Aurangabad in connection with Sessions Trial No. 47 of 2015 arising out of Fesar P.S. Case No. 34 of 2014.
