The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1150 of 2019 registered under Sections 406, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that both the parties have appeared in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of Patna High Court in view of the order dated 03.03.2020. Both the parties have settled their dispute. The report of the Mediator dated 28.04.2022 reflects that the dispute between the parties has already been resolved through the process of mediation, as contained in 'Flag-R'.
