2. The present application has been filed:- "issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of Mandamus' Commanding the Respondents to refund the Jalkar settlement amount with interest till the date of payment to the petitioner which was deposited by the petitioner for settlement of Jalkar."

3. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner wanted refund of the Jalkar settlement which with the passage of time seems to have become infructuous.

4. Be that as it may, on 25.11.2024 upon call, there was no representation when the matter was taken up by the Coordinate Bench. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
