Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon a judgment of this Court decided on 10.02.2021 in CWJC No. 17029 of 2017 (M/s Dina Metals Limited Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and its analogous cases. He submits that his case is duly covered by the order passed in the aforesaid case. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner files a fresh representation before the Competent Authority within 15 days from today, the
