The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is stated by the informant that as a result of proximity between his son with a girl, the accused persons who are related to the girl including Dhruv Yadav the grandfather, Sanjay Yadav the father and Raushan Kumar the cousin, have a hand in killing of his son.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No material has transpired in course of investigation to connect the

The father and grandfather of the girl namely, Sanjay Yadav and Dhruv Yadav have been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 19.9.2020 and has no criminal antecedent. Investigation in the case has concluded. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case including the petitioner having remained in custody for over 10 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case no.66 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, DistrictSupaul.
