The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dagaruwa P.S. Case No. 269 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302, 504, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner has clean antecedent. The petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased. Abhay Kumar Thakur is the assailant of the deceased.
