The informant booked rice to transport the same to Raipur ( Chhatisgarh) and petitioner and some others being transporters sent the rice of the informant by the truck no. BR52G/2852 but the rice did not reach its destination. Petitioner was taken into custody on 7.12.2015 and made his confessional statement . Moreover, the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
