Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It appears from perusal of the first information report that entire allegation of demanding and taking money centers around against co- accused Prasant Kumar and Dilip Kumar and so far as the petitioner is concerned, it is stated that the petitioner was employee of the concerned company. It is also pointed out that moreover, having more or less similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
