The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offences punishable under sections 452, 376, 302 and 436/34 of the I.P.C The prosecution story, in brief, is that it is alleged that in the midnight of 27.7.2013 when the informant and his mother was sleeping the petitioner and the accused persons committed rape upon her mother and one Jai Jai Ram shoot his mother and on arrival of villager the accused persons fled away. On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 4.9.2014. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The main allegation is against co-accused Jai Jai Ram

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26780 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 for causing injury upon the deceased to which she had succumbed. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Anindita Singh,.J.M.1st Class, Bhagalpur Aurangabad in Akbar nagar P.S. Case No. 45 of 2013.
