The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 300 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the specific allegation of firing is attributed to the co-accused, Naulakh Kumar. Moreover, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 1053 of 2020 and Cr. Misc. No. 83946 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3841 of 2020(3) dt.19-06-2020 2/2 2019. The petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing of personal bond to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Patna City in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 300 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
