The prosecution case, in short, is that the informant , Lila Devi, has alleged that on 16.08.2022 this petitioner and other co-accused persons were closing the Government road and when informant protested them they and other co-accused persons used abuses against the informant and badly assaulted her and made her naked. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation of any assault or overtact attributed against the petitioner.
