2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 324, 323, 325, 307, 354, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, while the informant was getting constructed her house, petitioners alongwith other co-accused persons came there and started abusing and assaulting her. It is further alleged that when other family members came to save her, they were also assaulted by accused persons.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that both

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9794 of 2024(3) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 parties are pattidars and next door neighbours. The injury, sustained by the informant, has been found to be simple in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 299 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
