The petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2021 in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 381 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the evidence available on record and the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
