Petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2015 in connection with Lalganj P.S.Case No.331 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 326, 353, 307, 448, 436, 380, 302 and 120B of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act. As per the prosecution case, it is alleging therein that due to the road accident taken place on 17.11.2015 under the area of the police station (in which an old lady was died) the public mob attacked on the house of the accused driver and his family members and thereafter law and order has been maintained and on 18.11.2015 a false rumor has been spread by the miscreants that

No.17469 of 2016 (3) dt.24-05-2016 the old lady Lakhiya Devi of Jehanabad who was injured in road accident died during course of treatment It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. No specific injury has been attributed against the petitioner.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S.Case No.331 of 2015.
