Earlier, the bail petition of petitioners was rejected, vide order dated 15.06.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 2905/2021. On last occasion, vide order dated 09.03.2022, a report was called for from the court below, which has been received and from perusal of the same, it appears that after examination of the prosecution witnesses, statement of the accused persons under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has already been recorded and the case is fixed for argument.
