Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the informant submits that he will take appropriate step for conclusion of the trial within four months from today.
The learned trial Judge is directed to not allow any long and unnecessary adjournment in the case as this Court had already directed for early conclusion of the trial. With the aforesaid observation, prayer for bail is refused for the present in connection with S.T. No. 200 of 2017/60 of 2018 arising out of Babubarhi Police Station Case No. 120 of 2014 pending in the court of learned 6th Additional
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3809 of 2019(3) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 Sessions Judge, Madhubani, for the reason that allegation against the petitioner is of commission of death by causing injury with farsa at the head of the deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2018.
If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner may renew prayer for bail before this Court along with entire order sheet of the learned court below from today on wards.
