The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 385, 387 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner was always demanding extortion and when he did not pay, the petitioner came and tried to kill him after putting him down on the ground and the petitioner took away Rs. 1500/-.

It is submitted that there is no injury on the person of the informant. The entire allegation is false and concocted. The informant himself deals in narcotic substance. The petitioner is accused in only one case that too registered under Sections 323 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in jail for last five months.
