JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 Petitioners are languishing in custody since 03.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 372/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is enticing away the daughter of the informant for the purposes of flesh trade. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that informant is in habit of lodging such type of cases to extort money as informant earlier filed Kishanganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 52 of 2012 against others levelling same accusation when in 164 Cr.P.C statement in another case the victim denied the accusation.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the
