Learned counsel for the petitioner filed this petition for modification of the order dated 20.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33334 of 2015, by which the petitioner was granted bail in Motipur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015.

It is submitted that the petitioner has undertaken to deposit 20% of Rs. 1,08,86,010.25/- within eight months from the date of his release but the petitioner could not deposit the amount within eight months. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount within three months from today. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to deposit 20% of Rs. 1,08,86,010.25/- within three months from today, failing which the court below is directed to cancel the bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17640 of 2016 (2) dt.31-08-2016 2/2 bond of the petitioner.
