JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.3.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323,494 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands and performance of second marriage. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier also a case was lodged with similar accusation. Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 6 of 2013.

The bail bonds of the petitioner will be accepted on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16337 of 2016 (2) dt.13-04-2016 2/2 filing of an affidavit by the petitioner before the learned court below that he will regularly cooperate in the investigation. The said affidavit will be transmitted by the learned court below to the concerned I.O.
