1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, command/commands for directing the respondents to remove illegal construction on the land which was settled in the name of petitioner, Ex-Air Force in the year 1983 or to

Patna High Court CWJC No.2132 of 2023(2) dt.26-09-2023 2/2 pay heavy compensation to the petitioner according to law of the land."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Samsatipur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the District Magistrate, Samastipur, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
