The petitioners are languishing in custody since 10.12.2015 in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 114 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Section 304(B)/34 of the IPC. The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant by the accused persons for non-fulfilment of dowry demand. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The petitioners are in custody since 10.12.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner no. 1 is the Bhaisur and petitioner no. 2 is the father-in-law of the deceased. They are

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18460 of 2016 (3) dt.25-05-2016 2/2 separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in jail.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S.
