JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 886 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 354A, 380, 458 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant of this case is mother-in-law of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal history. Ex-parte decree of divorce was obtained by the husband of the petitioner who is son of the informant and against that decree the petitioner has filed appeal which is still pending.

No.3736 of 2020(3) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioner is a troublesome lady and she has disturbed the piece and tranquility of the family of the informant. Considering the fact that the petitioner is daughter-inlaw and the informant is mother-in-law and ex-parte decree of divorce was obtained by the husband of the petitioner, who is son of the informant, the Court is inclined to grant hail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 886 of 2019.
