JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 Petitioner being father of the prospective bride-groom is languishing in custody since 12.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 420, 406, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The prosecution case is that the informant fixed marriage of his daughter with the son of the petitioner Raju Ram but two days before the date of marriage further demand of vehicle and cash of rupee one lac were made and marriage was not performed.

Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,
