The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents for allowing financial grant in favour of Flatun Nishan Madrasatul Banat at Khari Basti, P.O. Hatwar, district Kishanganj, as according to the petitioner the said Madaras fulfils all the conditions for receiving grant.

In my view it is up to the Bihar State Madarsa Education Board and the State Government to decide whether the said Madarsa can be allowed such financial grant or not. As of date the Madarsa does not fall in the list of 2459 Madarsas which

Patna High Court CWJC No.8879 of 2017 (3) dt.25-01-2018 2/2 have been allowed financial aid under the policy decision of the State Government.

Needless to say, if, in future, any policy decision has to be taken by the State Government for grant of financial aid to other Madarsas than the said group of 2459 Madarsas, it will be open for them to consider the case of the present Madarsa also. This application stands disposed of.
