The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction particularly in the nature of writ of Certiorari to quash the order dated 30.06.2023 passed by the Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur in I.C.D.S. Revision Case No. 172/2022, setting aside the order dated 05.07.202 passed in Case No. 172/2021 by District Programme

Patna High Court CWJC No.2042 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 Officer, West Champaran, Bettiah, by which, the selection of the petitioner for the post of Anganwari Sevika in Anganwari Code- 291, Ward No. 08 of Village: Turhapatti under Chanpatia (West Champaran) was affirmed ii) Further for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to treat the petitioner continue on the said post of Anganwari Sevika at Anganwari Centre No. 291 in Ward No. 08, under Gram Panchayat Raj, East Turhapatti, Block: Chanpatia, District: West Champaran and pay the remuneration regularly to the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
