JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the petition, the name of the resident of the village of the petitioner has been stated as 'Narayanpur' but on the top of the order dated 31.07.2015 it has wrongly been typed as 'Marayanpur'.

The name of the resident of the village of the petitioner should be read as 'Narayanpur' in place of 'Marayanpur'. The order dated 31.07.2015 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Let the order be communicated to the learned A.D.J. IIIrd, Sitamarhi, in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014.
